Position: Delivery Manager | Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Position Overview:

Delivery Manager | Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to guide project managers, engineers, and business teams toward successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management

• Oversee and ensure

  timely, quality-driven deliveries

  across multiple projects.
• Work closely with

  Project Managers

  to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain accountability for delivery timelines, budget adherence, and scope commitments.
• Establish and enforce best practices, agile processes, and reporting mechanisms.

Pre-Sales & Estimation Support

• Partner with the

  Sales & Pre-Sales teams

  to create accurate

  effort estimates, technical proposals, and project timelines

  .
• Provide

  technical insights

  during client calls and proposal discussions.
• Translate client requirements into high-level solution architectures.

Technology & Problem-Solving Leadership

• Serve as the

  technical escalation point

  for engineering teams, particularly in

  React Native

  and

  Node.js

  projects.
• Guide teams in debugging complex issues, designing scalable solutions, and making key technical decisions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive innovation.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and support technical leads, engineers, and project managers.
• Act as a bridge between

  business, delivery, and technical teams

  .
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on

  strategic planning and technology roadmap

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years

  of experience in software development and delivery management.
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  React Native

  and

  Node.js

  .
• Proven experience in

  project delivery oversight

  and working with

  cross-functional teams

  .
• Ability to create

  effort estimates, proposals, and technical solutioning

  .
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing capabilities.
• Prior experience in a

  Delivery Manager, Technical Architect, or CTO role

  is highly preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to

  cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  .
• Experience with

  Agile/Scrum practices

  .
• Knowledge of

  mobile app and web application architectures

  .
