Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Delivery Manager to oversee our daily delivery operations across Jaipur. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Jaipur’s local areas and routes, and will be required to manage and track all delivery locations using our delivery app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily deliveries across Jaipur
• Use the company app to manage delivery locations and track progress
• Ensure timely dispatch and resolve any delivery-related issues
• Communicate effectively with delivery staff, packing team, and customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update status in real time
• Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timeliness

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Jaipur city and surrounding areas (mandatory)
• Ability to manage and update delivery status using a mobile app
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and basic Excel or manual record keeping
• Two-wheeler license is a plus (not compulsory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
