As a Delivery Lead specializing in Logistics and Direct-to-Consumer Operations at Estuate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of logistics and DTC operations. With your proven experience and dynamic leadership skills, you will ensure seamless, efficient, and cost-effective supply chain and customer fulfillment processes. This strategic position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing offshore teams, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your commitment to on-site work in Hyderabad during the US EST time zone will be integral to the success of the role. Key Responsibilities Logistics Operations Management: - Oversee the entire logistics process, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery, to ensure timely and cost-effective operations. - Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers. DTC Operations Management: - Manage DTC order fulfillment processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences and improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with e-commerce and customer service teams to align DTC operations with brand objectives and customer expectations. - Implement returns and reverse logistics processes to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize losses. End-to-End Delivery Management: - Act as the overall delivery manager for logistics and DTC operations, ensuring alignment between supply chain, fulfillment, and customer delivery processes. - Develop and maintain delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction scores. - Drive process standardization and automation to enhance scalability and efficiency across operations. Offshore Team Management: - Lead and manage an offshore team supporting logistics and DTC operations, setting clear objectives and performance expectations. - Provide training and mentorship to enhance team skills and productivity while ensuring compliance with company policies and service quality requirements. - Foster effective communication and collaboration between offshore and onshore teams to drive operational success. Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to optimize costs and service levels. - Negotiate contracts with vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives. - Implement technology solutions to streamline operations and drive data-driven decision-making for operational improvements. Qualifications Education: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus. Experience: - 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or DTC operations, with managerial experience. - Proven track record in managing end-to-end logistics processes and DTC operations, including offshore team management. - Hands-on experience with logistics and DTC technology platforms and process improvements. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in logistics and DTC technology platforms, ERP systems, and data analytics tools. - Understanding of automation, AI, and IoT technologies in logistics and supply chain. Soft Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing business needs, and drive strategic outcomes. - Strategic thinking and customer-centric mindset to balance operational efficiency with customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or CISM are desirable. - Experience in retail, e-commerce, or CPG industries with a focus on DTC channels. - Knowledge of international logistics and sustainability initiatives in logistics.
