Job Description

Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee delivery of multiple projects/products, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
Lead, mentor, and develop delivery managers, project managers, and scrum masters.
Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, metrics, and best practices.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align delivery with priorities.
Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and issue resolution.
Identify risks, remove blockers, and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.

Skills & Competencies:

Proven leadership in managing cross-functional delivery teams.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven approach to tracking delivery metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Delivery management along with 5 years of experience into team handling.
Proven experience leading product initiatives that involve search, filters, discovery, or conversion optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluent in data tools and experimentation platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Skills:

Delivery management, Risk Management, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), Waterfall and other relevant methodologies, Jira, Data Analysis, Data dashboard, product lifecycle, A/B testing, product life cycle, SAAS, E-commerce.
