Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Marketplace, who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the companys vision and strategy. The Product Manager - Marketplace, is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the companys overall strategy and goals. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for e-commerce and search experience from discovery, search ranking, filters, and listing pages to checkout and payment. Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs. Optimize search engine and discovery flows to improve findability, relevance, and personalization. Use data and user insights to identify friction points in the customer journey and prioritize improvements. Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to align e-commerce and search experiences with traffic acquisition strategies. Partner with design to create intuitive, high-converting UX across devices. Define and monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, booking velocity, bounce rate, and average order value. Lead A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and iterate quickly. Stay ahead of industry trends in marketplace search and booking flows. Qualifications: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably within a marketplace, travel, or e-commerce environment. Proven experience leading product initiatives that involve search, filters, discovery, or conversion optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluent in data tools and experimentation platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience working with SEO teams or integrating e-commerce with organic traffic strategies is a plus. Bonus: Mobile-first product design.
