Your key responsibilities
- Product Strategy Ownership
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI-powered solutions (LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, predictive analytics, etc.).
- Manage discovery and intake processes for client problems and internal tools.
- Solution Development Delivery Oversight
- Work with AI architects, engineers/developers and business teams to build and refine solutions using iterative feedback
- Drive design of reusable AI product components and ensure responsible AI practices.
- Client Engagement
- Act as product / solution person during client workshops, proof-of-concept demos, and agile delivery sprints.
- Translate business needs into scalable, configurable AI product capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate across consulting, domain, data, and AI/ML teams to align product efforts with business outcomes.
- Drive backlog grooming, prioritization, sprint planning, and release coordination.
- Understand Business and Sectors ability to identify the whitespaces and opportunities

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 9 - 11 years of total experience, with 5+ years in product management of AI/ML, data science, or platform products.
- Demonstrated experience working with Agentic AI, LLMs, NLP, MLOps/AIOps, or Generative AI solutions.
- Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, Llamaindex, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, Langgraph, AutoGen, etc.
- Experience with agent-based systems or orchestration frameworks is a strong plus.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate AI capabilities into business value.
- Prior consulting experience preferred.

- Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and principles of product development
