This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of the organization.Technical Proficiency:oExtensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, Image management, Application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), citrix and AVD.oProficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One drive, Zoom and Webex.oKnowledge of managing Experience management and Desktop engineering.oStrong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services. Roles & Responsibilities:oProven ability to lead Delivery of IT Managed services to large enterprises.oResponsible for managing the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks. Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk.oDrive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost.
