• Candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in Interior fit out.

• We are looking for a candidate with

  10+ years of experience working exclusively in a Core Design & Build (D&B) company.

• Candidates with residential or developer projects or commerical projects like malls or bridges or other buildings ARE NOT APPLICABLE.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and business units with at least 1000 Cr. P&L responsibility.

• Strong understanding of design & build project lifecycles, from concept to handover

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to travel extensively to oversee projects across different regions.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.

Candidates from companies which provides Design and Build workspace solutions are only applicable for this role.

It will be a 5.5 days working (Alternate Saturdays off)
