Delegate Acquisition Head

As a Delegate Acquisition Head, you will play a crucial role in leading our delegate engagement efforts at industry events and conferences. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential delegates, designing effective outreach strategies, managing the complete acquisition lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supervising a team of delegate acquisition executives. You will need to have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated and goal-oriented, and possess strong organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the identification and profiling of potential delegates within relevant industry sectors. - Design and implement effective outreach strategies to attract senior professionals and key decision-makers. - Manage the complete delegate acquisition lifecycle from initial engagement to confirmed participation. - Build and maintain a robust delegate pipeline to exceed attendance goals. - Collaborate with marketing and event teams to craft targeted messaging and promotional materials. - Track acquisition metrics, analyze performance data, and refine strategies for improved conversion. - Supervise and guide a team of delegate acquisition executives to meet performance goals. - Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for delegate engagement.
