As a Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing recoveries for consumer loans and cross-selling products to customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for recovering delinquent consumer loans Monitor and track delinquent accounts and take necessary actions to recover outstanding amounts Liaise with external agencies and legal teams for recovery of loans Conduct field visits to meet with customers and negotiate repayment plans Cross-sell bank products to customers during recovery visits Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and update management on progress Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recovery performance and strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in debt management and recoveries in the banking industry Strong knowledge of consumer loan products and recovery processes Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in data analysis and reporting Willingness to travel for field visits as required Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to debt management and recoveries We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
