Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Debt Collector. The Debt Collector will be responsible for contacting clients to collect and manage overdue accounts, maintaining accurate records of all collection activities, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely payments. The role also involves coordinating with the finance department, adhering to company policies and legal requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Basic Computer Literacy skills
• Understanding of Finance principles
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in the debt management or financial services industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
