Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your UK Collections experience, particularly in the Motor Vehicle industry, to handle credit control, arrears calling, and default management in the finance sector. Your strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with forbearance, arrears management, and litigation processes will be essential. Additionally, your understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Credit Act, GDPR, insolvency procedures, and customer vulnerability protocols will be crucial in this role. Your excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills will contribute to your success in this position. Asset & Agreement Management as well as handling financial adjustments like credit amendments, fee reversals, and forbearance will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, manage, and supervise risks within defined risk appetite metrics and risk frameworks. - Complete Income & Expenditure assessments with customers to evaluate affordability and reach a resolution that prioritizes treating customers fairly. - Make key decisions on how to proceed with a variety of customer types while ensuring customer-centricity. - Act with care for vulnerable customers and apply forbearance as necessary. - Ensure fair treatment of customers and deliver fair outcomes in all day-to-day processes. - Collaborate within a team environment, fostering relationships with colleagues and customers. - Continually develop yourself by studying relevant training materials, product information, and enhancing product knowledge. Qualifications Required: - UK Collections experience, preferably in the Motor Vehicle industry. - Experience in credit control, arrears calling, or default management in the finance sector. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail. - Familiarity with forbearance, arrears management, and litigation processes. - Strong grasp of FCA regulations, Consumer Credit Act, and GDPR. - Strong understanding of FCA regulations, insolvency procedures, and customer vulnerability protocols. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,
