Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and responsible Debt Collection TeleCaller to join our team. The role involves contacting customers via phone to recover overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure timely collection of debts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a professional attitude to handle customer interactions effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments Understand customer’s reasons for delay and negotiate repayment options Persuade customers to clear their dues or agree on installment plans Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payment commitments Follow up regularly until dues are cleared Resolve customer queries professionally and courteously Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines Prepare and submit daily/weekly collection reports Contact to HR : Manish- 9579312776
