Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Collector based in Jodhpur. The Debt Collector will be responsible for communicating with clients to resolve outstanding payments, managing cash collection processes, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role entails maintaining proper financial records, utilizing computer systems for record-keeping, and handling sensitive client data securely. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team and ensure timely resolution of debt-related issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
• Strong Communication skills to interact with clients effectively
• Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy, including knowledge of financial software tools
• Understanding of Finance-related concepts and practices
• Teamwork capabilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Experience in debt recovery or similar fields is preferred
