We are hiring Debt collector / Credit control Executive
Location - Kirti Nagar, Delhi
Salary - 20k - 30k
Exp - 2- 4yrs
Qualification - Any Graduate
- Monitor and manage customer outstanding balances across all branches.
- Regular follow-up with clients (via email, phone, and meetings) to ensure timely collection of dues.
- Coordinate with branch managers, billing team, and accounts team to resolve disputes, debit notes, and short payments.
- Reconcile customer ledgers regularly and ensure accurate records in ERP/MIS.
-Escalate critical overdue cases and support legal/finance team in recovery action.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, credit limits, and reporting timelines.
