Debt Collector

You will be a Debt Collector (Accounts Receivable Specialist) at Tax Central, an Australian Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm based in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. Tax Central is dedicated to delivering top-notch tax and financial services to clients in Australia, focusing on excellence and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding client debts. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes or billing errors. - Adhere to compliance standards and company policies when dealing with sensitive financial information. - Achieve collection and accounts receivable targets to maintain company cash flow. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to maintain a calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor in sensitive conversations. - Attention to detail with proficient record-keeping abilities. - Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, accounting, or finance is advantageous. - Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or call-center roles is preferred. - Commerce/finance graduates are encouraged to apply, with experience in CA firms being a bonus. - Freshers with solid accounting knowledge and confidence will also be considered. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
