Role Overview: As a Sector/Account-specific Presales Architect at Wipro, your role is crucial in supporting the sales team to secure deals by creating solutions that align with client requirements. You will own the overall proposal and solution, engage with multiple service lines to customize proposal contents, and establish trusted partnerships across various departments. Key Responsibilities: - Handling RFP Q&A, estimations, creating proposal documents, oral presentations, and drafting SOWs. - Developing solution content and narratives from a Technology Industry perspective for all proposals. - Collaborating with service lines in developing solutions for Software Development, Data Science, Support, Customer Experience, and Digital pursuits. - Probing clients effectively, seeking clarifications on requirements, and communicating these needs to the solution teams. - Crafting tailored solutions for clients by working closely with subject matter experts. In RFP Management and Bid Management, you will: - Project manage the bid process and prepare bid plans. - Identify relevant teams/experts, collaborate with stakeholders, and monitor progress against the bid plan. - Ensure timely submission of responses. Commercial Architecting and Estimation: - Building commercial models for deals and working with Business Finance Managers to determine deal prices and margins. - Coordinating with Service Lines and Delivery teams for commercial estimates. Qualification Required: - Experience in handling RFPs, creating proposal documents, and delivering oral presentations. - Strong understanding of the Technology Industry and its solutions. - Ability to collaborate with multiple service lines and develop solutions for various domains. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in commercial architecting, estimation, and project management.
