Key Responsibilities Underwriting & Financial Analysis Underwrite a variety of financing transactions, including commercial real estate Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling (e.g., DCF, debt service coverage) to support credit decisions. Evaluate borrower strength through financial statements, personal net worth, credit reports, and loan applications. Prepare complete and well-supported underwriting packages and Deal Summaries for lender presentation.
