About Investment Research (IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, youll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve-

• Provide onshore support to sell-side researchanalysts (institutional equities) of the capital markets and investment group
• Collect andanalyze financial data using online and other data sources, such as Bloombergand Reuters
• Build historical financial models and provideforecasts
• Develop company operating metrics based on relevanceacross different sectors / companies
• Calculate company valuation using DCF, DDM, tradingand transaction multiples, and EVA, among others
• Prepare company profiles, earning notes, quarterlyupdates, initiation of coverage reports, sector reports, newsletters, technology primers, flash notes, and theme based reports, among others
• Summarize investment conference calls and conductmanagement interviews
• Develop roadshow presentations
• Manage ad hoc research requests based on clientrequirements

What we are looking for:

• CA / MBA(Finance); CFA (added advantage)
• 2+ years inEquity Research in institutional sell-side research from India Market
• Strongaccounting and financial skills
• Goodanalytical skills
• Knowledge ofmacroeconomic aggregates and regression analysis
• Ability tomeet tight deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Ability toimplement new working styles
• Ability toidentify proactive ways of contributing to the companys goals and mission
• Knowledge ofdatabases (such as Bloomberg and Reuters) and other financial data systems
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency inMS Office
