Senior Analyst

The Defined Contribution (DC) team is responsible for managing Business Development, Product

Development, Marketing, and Investor Reporting activities for all Blackstone retirement focused funds.

The role involves close collaboration with the Private Wealth team based in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of Collective Investment Trusts (CITs)

business.

• Gain expertise in various reporting documents on a monthly and quarterly basis, such as

factsheets, track records, performance summaries, marketing materials, etc.

• Assist in preparing for and tracking fundraising activities in Salesforce

• Prepare and review new and ongoing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs & RFIs while

adhering to deadlines.

• Requires PPT & PDF editing skills. Requires ability to markup PDF files and PowerPoint files with

edits and proposed changes.

• Require ability to send updated materials to recipients listed in an Excel spreadsheet Requires

file management skills Requires attention to detail.

• Identify process inefficiencies and initiate improvement projects.

• Address any ad hoc requests as they arise.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 2 - 6 years of relevant experience.

• The profile involves effective communication across clients facilities globally and hence

excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with dynamic roles, often under

pressure and involving multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), with advanced

expertise in Excel being a prerequisite. Knowledge and Proficiency across Tableau,

Salesforce a desirable add on, as well.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of completing assignments with minimal supervision.

• Prior experience in areas such as private equity, investor reporting, or client reporting will be

considered an advantage.
