Job Title:

Location: KINFRA Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery (Near Calicut University)

Job Type: Onsite

• Assist in the building and maintaining of financial models, including DCF, LBO, and merger models, under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis based on direction from the deal team.
• Perform accurate and timely financial statement analysis and ratio analysis.
• Conduct in-depth industry research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare comparable company analysis
• Gather and synthesize data from financial databases
• Support the due diligence process by organizing data rooms, reviewing financial documents, and summarizing findings.
• Assist in the preparation of due diligence reports and highlight key data points for senior team review
• Help create and format pitch books, client presentations, investment memoranda, and other critical documents.
• Ensure all client-facing materials are accurate and presented to the highest standard.

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience or internship in finance or investment analysis.
• Strong skills in
