Role Overview: As a Control Automation Development Senior Analyst at Citi, you will be part of the Control Testing Automation Team, responsible for automating manual testing processes to strengthen the ability to prevent issues. You will collaborate with various stakeholders such as Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control, and Technology to identify control gaps and policy breaches, providing data evidence for audit completion. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize analytical skills to analyze data patterns and transform data sets for quantitative and qualitative analysis. - Automate manual testing using industry standard tools & techniques such as Appian, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Xceptor, Python, and Mainframes. - Work on identifying cases of control gaps and policy breaches, providing data evidence for audit completion. - Possess proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, schedulers (Autosys/LSF), Workflow Automation, and familiarity with version control tools like Bitbucket. - Demonstrate expertise in areas such as Banking Products, MCA & Inherent Risk, Finance Regulations, and Audit Process. - Exhibit soft skills like effective communication, mentoring, proactive problem-solving, and being a strong team player. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B.
