Job Description

🚀 We’re Hiring: Manager – Database Development & CRM | Noida

building data-driven relationships

What You’ll Do:

Build & manage a centralised database with 100% accurate stakeholder data
Implement & automate CRM workflows (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
Capture new market data & identify coverage gaps
Drive loyalty programs & personalised engagement journeys

We’re Looking For:

4–7 yrs experience in CRM, Database Management, or Marketing Analytics
Preferably from Education, FMCG, or Publishing
Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho), SQL, Excel, APIs
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
