Design, implement and maintain databases. Install database management systems (DMBS). Develop procedures for day-to-day maintenance and problem resolution.

15 years full time educationSummary: Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for administering, developing, testing, and demonstrating databases. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to design, implement, and maintain new databases, ensuring their performance and reliability. You will also engage in backup and recovery processes, configuration management, and the installation of database management systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of database operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of database management systems and their functionalities. - Experience with database backup and recovery techniques. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of database systems. - Knowledge of configuration management practices. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
