Data Services & Integration Manager

Role Overview: You will be part of a global energy business striving to provide light, heat, and mobility to millions of people while working towards solving complex challenges and reducing carbon emissions. As the Data Services & Integration Manager, you will be responsible for integrating data sources into the DTS platform to ensure seamless data flow and support effective decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of integration solutions connecting various data sources with the DTS platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data pipelines and APIs for data exchange between systems. - Ensure data transmission security and integrity through encryption mechanisms and access controls. - Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, including build documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical mentorship and support to developers involved in integration projects. - Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to enhance the efficiency and scalability of integration solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on integration technologies. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Experience with web services protocols like SOAP, REST, and XML. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Azure or AWS. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
