*Must Haves

* : * 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong fundamentals* 5+ years deploying production machine learning systems at scale* 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, including API integration and local deployment* Strong data engineering and data science expertise—you can work with raw, unstructured data and transform it into ML-ready datasets* Proficiency with data manipulation tools: pandas, NumPy, SQL, and big data frameworks (Spark, Dask)* Expert-level Python proficiency with deep knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)* Proven experience with modern AI techniques: RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, and agentic systems* Strong cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) with containerization and orchestration experience* Experience building scalable microservices, APIs, and ML inference pipelines* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight* Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership* Consulting mindset with ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions* Track record of leading technical projects from conception to production deployment

*Main Tasks

* : * Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions for clients across various industries and use cases* Build sophisticated LLM applications using RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows* Develop custom ML models for client-specific challenges including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics* Independently assess, clean, and engineer features from complex, messy datasets* Own the complete data pipeline from ingestion through model training and deployment* Lead technical discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions with client stakeholders* Present technical concepts and project outcomes to executive leadership and technical teams* Mentor junior engineers and establish AI/ML best practices across client engagements* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders* Contribute to internal R&D initiatives and thought leadership in AI/ML *
