About The Opportunity

A rapidly growing firm in the HR Technology & Talent Solutions sector operating across India. We build data-driven recruitment analytics and talent-intelligence capabilities that enable faster, smarter hiring decisions for enterprise clients. This is an on-site opportunity for a hands-on Data Scientist to design predictive models, productionise analytics, and partner with Talent Acquisition and Product teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Role: Data Scientist (Primary title: Data Scientist)

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and validate predictive models (churn, candidate fit, time-to-hire, compensation benchmarking) using structured and semi-structured HR datasets.
Perform feature engineering, data cleansing and exploratory analysis to extract actionable signals from recruitment and workforce data.
Build reproducible model pipelines and production-ready APIs or containers to deploy models into on-premise or cloud environments.
Collaborate with product, engineering and TA stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics requirements and measurable KPIs.
Monitor model performance, implement retraining strategies and set up drift detection and alerting for live models.
Document experiments, maintain versioning of datasets/models, and contribute to engineering best practices for reproducibility and observability.
