About The Opportunity

We are hiring within the Enterprise ERP & Applications managed-services sector, supporting large-scale Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) landscapes for enterprise customers across finance, manufacturing and retail. This on-site role is based in India and focuses on ensuring availability, performance, and secure operations of mission-critical Oracle Apps and database environments.Role & Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12 and later) and underlying Oracle Database environments on-premisesperform installations, cloning, patching, and upgrades with minimal downtime.
• Manage Oracle Database operations including backup & recovery (RMAN), database patching, Data Guard switchover/failover, and RAC/Grid Infrastructure administration to ensure high availability.
• Monitor and tune database and EBS application performance using AWR/ADDM/OEM; diagnose SQL/PLSQL hotspots and implement corrective actions.
• Execute EBS cloning, environment refreshes, AutoConfig runs and coordinate change windows with application/infra teams to enable smooth deployments.
• Design, test and maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies; perform planned DR drills and validate recovery procedures and runbooks.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs and deliverables for incident response, capacity planning and change management.

• Linux/Unix administration
• Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and AWR/ADDM
  

Preferred

• Oracle GoldenGate
• Oracle ASM
• EBS cloning, OPatch and AutoConfig experience
