What you'll do: Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. Pull, analyze and use data to build metrics and business cases to support decision-making Work with teams across noon to procure relevant data sets and create buy-in for use of newly created metrics. Define, design and maintain data repository and reporting dashboards. Mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of processes. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Continuous innovation and process improvement efforts to drive efficiencies In addition, you will innovate on behalf of our customers and build new methodologies and products to continuously improve our service. The role will allow you to make a real impact for our customers from Day 1 and provide a dynamic, innovative and fast-paced environment to constantly build your skillset and address new challenges. What you’ll need: Bachelors in Data Science or a similar field 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related area Expertise in SQL / Big Query. Strong understanding of statistical data analysis principles Able to create MIS and interactive dashboard stating the trend and areas of concern. Understanding of database design and ETL processes.
