Summary

We are looking for an analytical and client-focused Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable business strategy. You will be responsible for defining the architecture of our data, extracting critical insights through expert-level SQL, and translating your findings into compelling presentations, reports, and deliverables for our clients. The ideal candidate is a master storyteller with data, capable of designing robust database solutions and communicating complex information with clarity and impact.Key Responsibilities-Design and define logical and physical database structures, including schemas, tables, and relationships, to support application requirements.-Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to meet specific business scenarios and data retrieval needs.-Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.-Create and deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and technical documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.-Collaborate closely with the full-stack development team to ensure data models are implemented effectively and support application functionality.-Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data models and reporting dashboards.- Maintain data integrity and quality by establishing and enforcing standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications-

Proven experience in a data science, data analyst, or database architecture role.-Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience designing and managing relational databases.-Strong understanding of database design principles, including data modeling, normalization, and data warehousing concepts.-Demonstrated ability to create and present compelling stories with data using tools like PowerPoint-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.-Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, client-ready deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications-

Experience with programming languages for data analysis, such as Python or R.-Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).-Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting role.-Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working within an agile environment.Must Have Skills: Python Development or R Programming, Azure OR AWS, Power BIWork Location - Any QT Location - Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Noida
