Job Summary:

Data Science Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, and related topics.
Design and update course materials, projects, and assessments aligned with current industry standards.
Teach concepts including statistics, Python programming, data visualization, supervised/unsupervised learning, and model deployment.
Guide learners on hands-on projects and capstone assignments.
Monitor learner progress and provide personalized feedback and support.
Keep curriculum and content updated with the latest technologies and practices in the field.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, code reviews, and interview preparation.
Support learners with resume building, portfolio preparation, and mock interviews (if applicable).

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong foundation in
Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn
, etc.
Experience with
Machine Learning libraries (Scikit-learn, XGBoost)
and frameworks.
Knowledge of
SQL
,
Statistics
, and
Data Wrangling
techniques.
Familiarity with
Deep Learning
(TensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch) is a plus.
Experience using
Jupyter Notebooks
, Git/GitHub.
Proficiency in tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in teaching/training/mentoring is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Certifications in Data Science/ML (Coursera, IBM, edX, etc.).
Experience in delivering sessions to diverse learner groups (freshers, working professionals).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment is a bonus.
