You will utilize cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide advisory support on Data Privacy across the UK Corporate Bank. - Demonstrate expertise in data protection regulations and compliance, particularly in the financial services industry. - Exercise excellent business judgment and commercial acumen. - Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Manage a busy workload and complete tasks within agreed timescales. - Align responsibilities with Data Privacy procedures and advise the Business in accordance with relevant Barclays-wide policies. - Assist in the review of customer privacy notices and Record of Processing Activity (ROPA) updates. - Ensure appropriate reporting, recording, escalation, and monitoring of Data Privacy-related incidents, breaches, and risk events. - Contribute to conformance, assurance, and reviews related to Data Privacy within the Businesses. - Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments for new business propositions. - Develop training programs to enhance awareness of data privacy issues across the organization. - Provide support for complex Individual Rights requests. - Stay updated on external privacy developments and incorporate best practices into BP processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant knowledge of data protection regulations or compliance experience, preferably in financial services. - Understanding of data privacy obligations. - Strong business judgment and commercial acumen. - Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. - Strong time management skills. - Experience in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments. - Proficiency in monitoring external privacy developments. This role will be based out of Noida.
