About the Role

Data Privacy professional

Key Responsibilities

For Both Manager & Senior Manager:

• Lead and manage

  data privacy and protection programs

  for global clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assess, design, and implement

  privacy frameworks, policies, and procedures

  aligned with GDPR, PDPL, DIFC, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
• Conduct

  Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA)

  and

  Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)

  for new projects and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT, legal, risk, and compliance teams, to

  embed privacy requirements

  into business operations.
• Handle

  incident response and breach management

  in line with global privacy requirements.
• Develop and deliver

  training, awareness sessions, and workshops

  for clients and internal teams.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Stay updated on evolving

  Middle East, Indian, and global data protection regulations

  and recommend necessary policy updates.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager:

• Lead large-scale

  privacy transformation programs

  across multiple clients and geographies.
• Act as a

  trusted advisor

  to CXOs and senior stakeholders on privacy strategies and risk mitigation.
• Provide

  technical mentorship

  and manage a team of consultants and analysts.
• Drive innovation in

  privacy operations, automation, and GRC integration

  to enhance compliance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  6+ years for Manager; 9+ years for Senior Manager.
• Strong expertise in

  data privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  privacy frameworks, DPIA, PIA, consent management, and cross-border data transfers

  .
• In-depth understanding of regulations such as

  GDPR, DIFC, ADGM, PDPL, CCPA, and Indian DPDP Act

  .
• Exposure to

  privacy technologies and GRC platforms

  is desirable.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Educational Qualification:

  B.Tech / B.E. preferred; MBA / legal background is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• CIPT, CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CDPSE, ISO 27701 LA

  or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.
