About the Role: We're hiring a Data Operations Specialist to manage CRM systems, automate workflows, and provide data insights that support key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and track leads in the CRM Build dashboards and reports using Google Sheets/Excel Automate tasks using tools like Zapier, Pabbly, or App Scripts Analyze department-wise data and suggest improvements Support ERP/task management system implementation Requirements: Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel Experience with at least one CRM software Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Pabbly, etc.) Degree mandatory – BTech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, BSc Computer Science preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
