ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data & Operations Executive, you will support our organization by managing the day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our operations and perform data related tasks effectively.

Major Responsibilities:

• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations (online/offline), stock management and perform backup operations
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, G Suite and PowerPoint
• Ability to create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures and data, sort data as per need
• End-to-end management of LMS
• Drive space /storage cataloging and management
• Vendor coordination for travel, print jobs

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate degree in any relevant field and additional computer training or certification will be an added advantage Work Experience:

• 3+ years proven experience in data entry profile, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Admin Executive or Operations Executive
• Experience with MS Excel and data programs
