Data & Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations Executive with a strong IT background to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office tools, familiar with software support processes, and have a working knowledge of databases . You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, system support, and data reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and support day-to-day operational activities across departments

* Handle software support issues and troubleshoot IT-related problems

* Maintain and manage databases.

* Generate operational reports and dashboards using Excel.

* Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

* Support email and data management via MS Outlook

* Assist in implementation and testing of new tools or system upgrades

* Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to compliance standards

Required Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

* 1–3 years of experience in operations, IT support, or similar roles

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Hands-on experience with PowerBI and Excel reporting

* Familiarity with software troubleshooting and support processes

* Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
