Overview of the Role

As a Data Modeler and Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing advanced market mix models. This position is crucial for quantifying the ROI of marketing activities across various product categories and channels, thereby directly impacting the company's strategic objectives and growth.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Execute ROI/MMM projects to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Develop and implement advanced market mix models to quantify ROI of marketing activities.
• Interpret and analyze model outputs to identify key trends and actionable insights for marketing optimization.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing drivers impacting brand equity metrics.
• Utilize data transformation techniques for model preparation, harmonization, and feed.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Skill Requirements

• Mandatory Skills (Proficiency Level 5):

• Experience with ROI/MMM projects and statistical modeling techniques.
• Understanding of data types used in MMM, including sales, equity, and macro-economic data.
• Experience with data transformation techniques such as nonlinear and ad stock transformation.
• Expertise in E-commerce modeling with a focus on retail media, influencer, and online promotions.
• Proficient in promo ROI modeling at granular and retailer level.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/statistics or specialization in business analytics.
