Data Modeler

Data Management: experience harmonizing and/or modeling information in one or more of the following domains:

people

company

org structure and resources

product / marketing / commerce (e.g. CRM, Salesforce or Bullhorn are a plus)

jobs and applicants

HR / finance & accounting / legal & risk

Analytics: Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Adept at queries, data analysis, presenting findings, and providing evidence based guidance.

Knowledge: Agile, Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Data/Process Flow Diagrams, data modeling. The following skills are a plus: data governance, and SQL (Oracle, MSSQL, bigquery)

Data Modeling and Data Systems: Understand schemas, models and how data gets structured. Working knowledge in the following are a plus: BigQuery and various relational databases, data flow architecture, knowledge of system integrations, Salesforce

Mentor: Mentor junior Data Modelers and Analysts in the team and guide them on their day-to-day tasks.
