Data Management Specialist

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports to support RCMS operations. Your collaboration with the U.S. Director of Operations, RCMS, and the RCMS Revenue Optimization team will be essential in analyzing RCM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will create scalable data models and visualizations to support decision-making and ensure data accuracy across all reporting tools. Your support for ad hoc reporting requests and mentoring of junior analysts will contribute to the consistency and quality of BI deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for RCMS operations - Align on departmental metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards with the U.S. Director of Operations, RCMS - Collaborate with the RCMS Revenue Optimization team to analyze RCM data and identify operational trends - Create scalable data models and visualizations for decision-making - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability in reporting tools - Support ad hoc reporting requests and advanced analytics - Mentor junior analysts in BI development practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Analytics, or related field - 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics within healthcare, RCM, or EHR domains - Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake (mandatory) - Strong experience with BI/dashboard tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent - Familiarity with healthcare billing codes preferred - Understanding of dimensional data modeling and ETL concepts - Experience with data pipeline tools and scripting languages preferred - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across geographies Additional Company Details: - Location: Vadodara (on-site work required) - Shift: Night shift (India time),
