Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Management Specialist located in Gurgaon at TekUncorked. This role involves managing data collection, specifically for in-house IP, storage, retrieval, and its restoration identifying and resolving data quality issues, and implementing data security protocols. The specialist will be responsible for: Establishing clear data governance policies that outline data collection, storage, processing, and sharing procedures. These policies should address data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and security Designing, maintaining, and optimizing databases to support data storage and retrieval needs Implementing a comprehensive backup and recovery plan that includes regular backups, recovery procedures, and testing of those procedures Implementing security measures to protect data from unauthorized access and breaches Using data validation and verification tools to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data Conducting Data Audits, regular monitoring and training for Employees on Data Handling SoPs Collaboration with various Stakeholders to ensure data management practices are adopted and integrated in respective workflows and align with IP security and organizational goals Qualifications Specialist in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Management Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and security protocols Strong Analytical Skills Experience in Master Data Management Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, or related field 7-9 Years Relevant Experience in a Product Company Show more Show less
