As a member of the Oshkosh AeroTech team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial operations. Your responsibilities will include reconciling General Ledgers (GLs) in accordance with company guidelines, drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting processes, and preparing statutory annual financial reports. You will serve as the primary liaison with internal and external auditors to support effective SOX compliance within the entity. This will involve developing and implementing an annual SOX risk and control assessment program, working with control owners to identify internal controls, and assessing processes for optimization opportunities. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring timely compliance with various regulations such as GST, Income tax, FEMA, Transfer Pricing, and Company law. Supporting the Finance Director, you will assist in the timely closure of books and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting. You will also contribute to financial performance monitoring, including cost analysis, margin evaluation, AOP variances, and cash flow forecasting. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the APAC Finance Director in reviewing and analyzing product costing and margin for the contract manufacturer in India. Your role will involve providing recommendations for process standardization, cost improvement, and margin enhancement. You will be accountable for submitting cost and margin analyses to the APAC Finance Director and driving actions for improvement strategies. Moreover, you will support the APAC Finance Director in developing and executing the financial and business strategy of the organization. Your involvement in commercial matters, such as insurance, contracts, and credit terms, will be crucial. You will also be responsible for generating ad hoc analyses and reports for various levels of management, including site, divisional, group, and corporate stakeholders. Lastly, you will assist the APAC Finance Director in any special projects undertaken by entities in the APAC region. The Systems Designer will support engineers with drawing layouts by utilizing computer-aided drafting software. This role will also be responsible for creating new and modified components and Bill of Materials (BOM) in accordance to the Oshkosh standards. Your Impact These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. Utilize GD&T practices to update current drawings per markups from engineering and review with high level engineers to ensure accuracy. Use computer-aided drafting system to create 3D and 2D layout of parts, medium assemblies and sub-weldments, with limited direction from senior design team members and engineers. Work cross functionally and with suppliers to obtain technical data. Self-check own work to ensure accuracy and organization, dimension and tolerance convention, and conformance with established CAD specifications and standards. Prepare and create medium complexity Change Notice (CN) documents based on BOM and design layouts for appropriate data entry. Utilize ERP system to create part numbers following proper naming process and data entry requirements. Create and revise medium complexity BOM following department procedures. Provide technical assistance for build issue, prototype, pilot, and production support to Engineering team. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* with two (2) years of experience in design. Internal placement only, requires a panel review and approval by the manager, local Vice President of Engineering, and the Chief Technology Officer. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* with six (6) years of experience in design. Experience and/or training in GD&T. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment. Detail oriented. Capable of using standard Windows Office tools including SharePoint, email, and CAD tools. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
