Role Overview: You will be a full-time Data Management Specialist at TekUncorked, located in Gurgaon. Your role will involve managing data collection, storage, retrieval, and restoration. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving data quality issues, implementing data security protocols, establishing data governance policies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data management practices are integrated into workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Establish clear data governance policies outlining data collection, storage, processing, and sharing procedures - Implement a comprehensive backup and recovery plan, including regular backups and testing procedures - Utilize data validation and verification tools to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency - Conduct Data Audits, monitor data regularly, and provide training for employees on Data Handling SoPs - Collaborate with various stakeholders to align data management practices with IP security and organizational goals Qualifications: - Specialist in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Management - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Experience in Master Data Management - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software - Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field - 7-9 years of relevant experience ,
