Job Description: Data Management Program Lead Mandate Skills : BA PM in Data Management (Candidate should Technical + Functional in BA PM) Location : Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad Notice: Immediate to 30 Days Level: M3/M4 Strong change and project management skills Lead, influence and manage a wide range of operational resources in the execution of programme objectives Robust planning, organisational and risk management skills to ensure project deliveries are on track Stakeholder Management, Communications, Reporting Adept in negotiating and influencing at all levels, across geographies internationally Ability to provide trackable updates, achievements and blockers to senior stakeholders, focusing on business outcome of the programme Proven ability to analyse, synthesize and take decisions / make timely recommendations on complex issues Subject Matter Expertise required in more than one of the following areas- Data Management, Data Governance/Data Quality Implementation & Monitoring, Data Stewardship, Data Lineage Ability to contextualise technical requirements and strategic objectives into executable business activities and deliverables 8-10+ years experience.
