Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Management Executive to join a reputed Jewellery Trading company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, automating, and reporting business data to support operations, management decisions, and system efficiency. This role requires strong expertise in advanced data tools, automation, and scripting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain large datasets related to sales, inventory, operations, and finance
• Create and manage dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio
• Handle and optimize FMS, PMS, and IMS systems
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel and Google Sheets reports with formulas, pivots, and automation
• Implement WhatsApp Bot solutions for internal or customer communication
• Set up and manage Email Automation for reports, alerts, and workflows
• Write and manage scripts using Google App Script and JavaScript to automate processes
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand data requirements and improve workflows
• Provide MIS reports to management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel & Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with Google Data Studio
• Practical exposure to FMS, PMS, IMS
• Experience in Google App Scripting & JavaScript
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Bot and Email Automation tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Prior experience in trading or jewellery industry will be an advantage
