Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Structure raw data into clean and usable formats
• Consolidate data from multiple sources for reporting
• Track and maintain KPIs and performance metrics
• Create dashboards and visual reports for management
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and confidentiality
• Automate reports to reduce manual effort
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection
• Provide analytical insights for management decisions
• Strong knowledge of XLOOKUP, FILTER, IF, SUMIFS, etc.
• Ability to handle large datasets accurately
• Convert raw data into meaningful MIS reports
• Good understanding of dashboard layout and readability
• Experience in building interactive MIS dashboards
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms, and Sites
• Experience managing shared folders and access permissions
• Ability to publish MIS dashboards on internal platforms
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Apps Script (preferred)
• Ability to build scalable and automated reporting processes
• Ability to understand data requirements from multiple departments
• Clear communication of reports and insights
• Coordination with Operations, Finance, and other teams
