Job Description

Key Responsibilities Prepare, analysis and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness. Develop and maintain advanced excel dashboards, pivot reports and automation for business reporting. Manage and optimize CRM software usage, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting and analysis. Collaborate with different teams (management, sales, operations & finance)to provide actionable insight from data. Lead a small team, assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure quality outputs. Continuously improve reporting processes, highlight gaps and suggest automation opportunities Ensure data accuracy, consistency and confidentiality across all reports. Key Skill Required Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup/ Xlookup, Sumifs, countif, Dashboard & Macros). Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce , Zoho , Hubspot or similiar). Good communication and presentation skills. Team management / leadership ability.
