Job Summary :

A Data Entry Operator (SAP) is responsible for entering, updating, and managing business data in SAP software systems with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in SAP modules, and the ability to maintain records that support business operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter and update data in SAP .

• Maintain master data such as vendor records, material details entries.

• Verify and reconcile data to ensure correctness and completeness.

• Process purchase orders, invoices, goods receipts, and other transactions in SAP.

• Generate and analyze SAP reports for management as required.

• Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in the system.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities through accurate data handling.

• Ensure data security, compliance, and confidentiality in line with company policies.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in SAP software

• Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.

• High attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to generate reports and work with large datasets.

• Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

• Time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently

Qualifications:

• Graduation
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a SAP Software similar role, preferably in the ceramic or manufacturing industry.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of ceramic product handling and transport requirements.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel).
• Familiarity with safety standards and material handling equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a warehouse/plant environment with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variations.
• Willingness to work extended hours or shifts if needed.
