Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Plant & Machinery

Job Purpose

To ensure accurate and timely entry of plant and machinery-related data into the system for tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency. The role supports equipment management, maintenance records, asset utilization, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily data related to plant and machinery operations, fuel consumption, operating hours, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Maintain digital records of equipment inventory, deployment, and movement across sites.
• Support the preparation of reports related to equipment utilization, maintenance schedules, and downtime.
• Coordinate with site engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to collect accurate data.
• Update and manage logs of service history, inspection records, and calibration schedules.
• Ensure documents such as AMC contracts, insurance, registration, and compliance records are properly digitized and filed.
• Assist in tracking and maintaining records of spare parts and consumables inventory.
• Support the preparation of MIS reports and summaries for management review.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in plant & machinery or construction equipment departments.
• Familiarity with equipment tracking or ERP software is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
