Experience Required: 5–7 Years Location: Odisha (preferred) Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate the acquisition of private land for company projects. Maintain thorough understanding of local land laws, land classification, and acquisition processes in Odisha. Liaise with local authorities, landowners, and legal consultants for smooth land transactions. Handle land registration , Pauti (Rent Receipt) deposits , and ensure compliance with government valuation norms. Draft, verify, and execute Sale Deeds and other legal documents. Manage end-to-end documentation and legal formalities for any land purchase or sale . Maintain updated records of acquired lands and ensure timely mutation and conversion processes. Work closely with internal departments for project alignment and land-related approvals. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar land acquisition role. Strong network and familiarity with local landowners and administrative offices. Knowledge of land revenue systems, registration procedures, market value assessments , and stamp duty processes . Good negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. Familiar with Odisha market and private land acquisition trends .
