Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Operator to manage accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of company data in digital systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in handling office data with efficiency and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of information entered.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
• Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct them in a timely manner.
• Generate simple reports and assist management with data extraction.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and security.
• Coordinate with other departments for data collection and verification.
• Perform regular backups and maintain proper documentation of records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Graduate (preferred: Commerce/Computer Applications) or Diploma in Computer Applications.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (preferred).
• Typing speed: 40+ words per minute with high accuracy.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
